BINGO Blitz Blitzeys Diner

I guess I'm a little lost I see all the post about players getting flour, bacon etc...however i click on them and im not getting any bonus from it all it does is open the diner. Can someone explain what is the point of those bonuses

If you go to Blitzys Diner there is a box marked "Rules". It explains it pretty well.
