I bought credits from Amazon for 19.99. My game froze and I didn't get my credits. The Bingo Blitz people have been giving me the run around. I have sent them a copy of my purchase and filled out the complaint ticket twice. They still keep sending me the same " unfortunately" carp, if I don't get the credits I bought I will be reposting this every day, so you won't get the treatment I have.
That's horrible Don't stop until you get the credits or at least a refund.

That happened to me with Amazon and I have still not got a refund. This was in December 2015, and I was using a prepaid card!
