BINGO Blitz Can't Use Free Round Of 'Birthday Wish'

One of the free bonuses today was a free round of the new game 'Birthday Wish' that shows that it's locked until January 12th unless you pay a fee or are an Elite member. 

So how am I supposed to play my free round before it expires if it's locked?

It keeps taking me to the sale promo screen but it shows me I have a free round sticker on the game.

Try to level up or go elite.

I'm level 76... what level are you thinking I should need to be to be able use that, hopefully?
