BINGO Blitz I need tips how to do good in tournament

I have been playing this for a few months now and i never really been that good at the tournament i cant seem to get the untradable gems

i am looking for some tips plz

someone suggested i play 4 cars every time unless i have dab alert i cant do that due to brain damage more then 2 cards overwhelms me

Yes I would like to know also because I have BEEN trying for a while and I just can't get past the last 3 CAN someone please explain or better yet show me how it's done???
