Collecting Coins Not Working

I've tried to use "HOUSE OF FUN SLOTS FREE COINS AND SPINS BONUS COLLECTOR" every time I click on a bonus it redirects me to "HOF and says downloading for the first time" I have waited for 30 mins and nothing happens, Am i doing something wrong or what can i do , i'm logged into GameHunters and have the extension active, Where do i begin , Ive tried every trick in the book with no  luck.

PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY WAY.....
