Justin Bieber was in Kansas City Wednesday night performing for Beliebers, but he wasn't necessarily the only big star fans were thrilled to see at Sprint Center. Royals first baseman Eric Hosmer was in attendance to see the show, and concert-goers mobbed Hos as he tried to leave.
