Problem with iCloud

Hi dear developers

I used to have a profile with 30 to 32 (I forget)
And when I deleted it and reinstalled it the profile was gone my all hard work, money, animals, keys, etc. all gone now I need to make and another profile and it is very hard to level up getting to 13 to 14 took 2-3 hours and some building times took way long and then I get bored so if you guys can please bring my profile back or decrease the time.

Short term addiction

This is a resource mobilisation game with an element of competition built into it through a few races, such as the Trade Fair and the Boat Race. The animations are cute and interesting, though there is a lack of total professionalism in it. For example, the sheep that you rear walks on the top of the trees and on the sea water ! They introduce events from time to time. But these get monotonous and turn out to be drudgery. Instead of making it easy, they make it quite difficult, as they seem to believe that difficulty will result in challenge. They have forgotten that since there is no real gain, majority who play it as pastime find it a pain rather than a pleasure. This is something Zynga needs to think about seriously. The Help facility and the FAQs need to be improved considerably. They are not quite helpful.
Finally, watch out when you use actual cash to buy from them. I lost a transaction once. The Aap Store or Apple passed the buck to them; and Zynga did not bother either. In net, I lost my personal cash.

Petal paradise bug needs fixing

The game is stuck on petal paradise. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalled the game only to find out that it’s still stuck. The touch is not responding no matter which tab I try to open. I’m in level 50 or 53 I don’t remember. Even if I restart the game it opens to petal paradise to the stuck page and nothing can be done further. I request developers to please fix this issue as I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I’d hate to lose all the time I’ve put in.
I also tried opening the game on another device and as soon as I connected to the Game Center to get to my farm , it got stuck again.
This issue needs fixing.
