I have been enjoying and playing this game for a few years. But lately it has become too expensive. I realize that I could play for free with my 20 tokens every hour but that's boring. The treasure chest power ups use to be filled with different amounts of tokens, but now I get one or two tokens per chest. And for awhile you could buy special groupings for $4.99 and $1.99. Now it's $9.99 and up. Please make it worth playing for 2 - 3 hours again. Thank you 😊

Quit changing the game! Every change makes game worse! Started playing this game 2 years ago! It started out fun and had a free game to help you build balls and gifts to advance. That took that away! Now you have to spend a lot of money if you want to advance very far in the game! Most games add to the games to make it better! Not worse! Don't waste your time or money!! If the game is not working right, getting what you lost back is impossible!! They do not care!! All they want is your money!!

The last few months have been horrible. I love this game, in the beginning it was great. Now, you almost ha e to spend money to play. If you ask or question customer service all you get is an automated response that's literally sent to everyone regardless of the issue. Nothing changes. You can spend 320 tokens and MIGHT get 4 bingos, that's if you're lucky.
