Hand Scenario And What Can I Do If Anything

i had 844,xxx and went all in on a hand...i get called by someone with 1,xxx,xxx so more then enough to cover my hand....and then i win and my balance after was 1,444,xxx only getting paid off 600,0000...does this happen a lot or has it happened to others before? i know it is a free game/app and it was only 244,000 but it is the principle behind it, and is there anything I can do possibly to get the winnings? or someone I can report the glitch to so it can be fixed in the future?
