Disappearing Coins, 50 Million
Hello all, I'm about done with slotomania. Went to bed with over 50 million coins, woke up with zero. I've emailed customer service a few times, gotten no response, yes I've checked spam folder. I've been a loyal player for four or more years, never complained until now. I can't even get a good card to close a good deck of cards. Losing that 50 million and not getting a response is not cool. It's to bad they have to make it so hard to advance, I'm on level 896, I hate to say goodbye but when you get the short end of the stick usually it's time to move on.
Did you send in one ticket or multiple? Sending in multiple tickets bumps you back to the end of the line. It typically takes a week for a response
