WSOP – Texas Holdem Poker Can't Claim Chips

Just wondering if anyone knows why every time I try to claim chips, I get the message that I can only claim them once,, but I  didn't   claim them yet? Suggestions?

Hey I have same Problem....not at every code but very often But you can go to your "click history" and try these codes again 99% that they'll work at second try....Have fun

I completely agree that you can try to reuse the promotional code. Personally  also tried to reuse and it worked for me.
