DoubleU Casino Problem loading Doubleu on my iOS

Hi. Every time I click a link to upload bonus points to Doubleu casino it goes to the App Store rather than the casino app and therefore won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem on iOS? Thank you!

Having trouble with DoubleU on IOS.  Is it down?

 

Can't load on my android Sony xperioty phone...

I cannot load DoubleU on my iPad any longer. Says use Facebook and when I do, it says continue as Dona and when I confirm it goes back to log in as guest? I have played on my iPad for years. 

I have the same problem as rosemarie
