We sincerely apologize if you have experienced difficulties with our game. We compensated 100,000 coins for all users. Anyone who lost more than this, feel free to contact us! As well, we are working on a BIG update for Pengle. which will be released this September. If you would like to read further upon this issue, please see the details below: Recently, we updated the game to fix a page refresh issue and while doing so, we found out that our old "shuffle algorithm" was causing users to get a Game Over screen while shuffling. This error is fixed by now. But if there are no more blocks to match even after 100+ times of shuffling, there will be a "Game Over" pop up. If you have any comments or opinions, please let us know. It is very important to us. Thank you for playing Pengle and keep on support us! :) The compensation is only available until 12PM, 31th of August(PST).
