Shadow Strike HELP

I'm a lvl 44 player and havnt been able to get past t2 event prizes yet. I'm pretty bummed cuz I don't have the time to really spend on farming low level fleets and I can't seem to make a build that can hit 55s frequently enough without having so much repair time or simply being destroyed. Venom rev or fury builds that could help this situation? Preferably vens. And any strategies or cheats that could help?
