Bike Race Other Players Using Bikes That Are Basically Cheating.

I created a group with some of the people that I race with, but one uses the ultra bike, and it lets him win every time. A tip came up saying your friends can discuss what bikes you are allowed to use. In this one, you are allowed to use any bikes. How do I change that?
