Bingo Story How to become “premium” status?

I am pretty confused about the details of this game and unfortunately, the FAQ/support offered on the site doesn't help very much! Premium status?? How do I reach this? Also, I see these different sections under the "collections" tab...daubers, frames, and bingo balls...I've been playing for a few months now and have yet to get any? Then the designer points part...I play quite often and haven't even cleared 3,000 points...level 2 is 20,000 points?!?!?! Seems crazy!!! Anyone willing to take a little extra time to explain the game a little better to me and maybe give me some much needed pointers would be greatly appreciated

The dobbler's frames Our rewards to get when winning certain rooms. Honestly the only way to get anywhere in the game is to spend big money
