please help me how to take chips in poker

Please tell me why it takes so long to collect on the flush cards,yesterday it took me almost 45 minutes to collect five lousy cards.Then when you click on a card it says that you already got that card a dozen times and you only just started trying to collect.5oo cards is too many to collect and only once a day it should be four or five times a day to finish off this stupid collection.i try for gold and have never collected on that.Please do something about the many cards you have to collect.
