Class Action Lawsuit?

Over the last 10+ years, I have purchased $1Ks. I have come to realize that this is not a game for fun but a form of manipulation and greed. Each time I am about get me a reward all of a sudden the connection will be lost or there will be maintenance on the website so time will run out before the reward is applied to my account.  I never seem to lose connection at the beginning of my reward time clock only just as I am about to be rewarded.

I have won huge jackpots but as soon as I have that deposited into my account then the game changes my betting options. Makes my spins bet too high and dwindle my huge win fast - it is based on the amount you have in your bank do the amount you're allowed to bet. 
Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit against Double U Casino? Their app is manipulative and preying on people's uncontrollable addiction.
