FarmVille 2 Water Meter Bug

I added too many wells to my water tower, now the water meter is way above the normal game level. My game recognises this as a bug and it goes into woops a daisy mode when I try and load the game. I tried to remove the water tower while the game was in woops a daisy mode but as the problem is with the water meter this didn't work. Any advice appreciated, thanks.
