Apple IPad Problem

Been playing Huuge Casino for yrs on the same apple ipad.  Now I cant get into the game because apple wants to verify my ac all the time. Going through all their hoops, they block/lock me saying they will send me via email a new password. this never reaches me. Apple themselves cannot tell me what the password is or should be.They just say they cant and thats that. They cant tell me which email address its going to either. If i reset the apple completely i will loose 134 B chips in Huuge Casino, if i have to start over again.    Can anybody make a suggestion of something we have not tried or done yet?  thanks Sandy
