Club Rewards

I have been having problems collecting my rewards from club wall for the past 4-5 days. I have messaged huuuge everyway I know how, only response I got was on messenger and it said they couldn't help me to go to the link they provided. I did, that was 2 days ago. Still no answer and stillcant claim rewards. I am highly upset about this. Any suggestions from anyone on how to get huuuge to fix my problem or atleast address it??? Would be greatly appreciated!
