Why am I being told the bonus has expired when it says its from 2 hours ago?  It is for 3500 coins, so I would like to try and get an explanation so that I can avoid losing a very precious bonus since I depend on these to play because the game allotages are not enough to play on and I for one cannot aford to buy any coins. again -  it says i have free coins but when I go in to collect it says expired. 

I'm having a problem getting my points. The error states Quick Hits not responding.I have lost about 500k due to this. Would you please check this out. Please address this issue and give me my points. Thanks
I would like also to be able to collect more than 3500 points each time I collect.However out of all the games I play Quick Hits is by far my favorite. Right now I am smoking. Thank you Quick Hit.
When I spin the wheel and it gives me 110000 I don't receive the points , why? Anytime I get that amount or over I don't get the points is there a reason why? This week alone I have hit 1100000 three times but didn't get the bonus. Please explain.

I received a notice that I was receiving a bonus, but when I went to claim it said I had already received.  I did not.
