Issue [It doesn't work like description says]: Developers have been aware of the translation error of JULIA EX card and will fix it on May 5th during maintenance hours, so then the description will match its real ability in battles. 【Pack opening events are independant】 Dear all, We have been receiving complaints about opening packs in Event A but can't get rewards in Event B, something likewise. Events with packs to open include: Rewards for Opening Packs, 10-draw function, Black Friday, etc. For example: if you use 10-draw function and buy 20 human standard packs, you will not be able to claim rewards from event [Rewards for opening packs] or namely [Booster Bonanaza]. If you buy packs from Black Friday, you can't get rewards from [Booster Bonanaza], either. Many users complain that there's NO such notifications in the event page or in SHOP. True, we will try to convince the developers to add these to the rules to make things clear. We do not wish users to waste gold/silver/rubies any more. Dear all: We believe some of you have noticed the latest Tarot card The Void would disappear from battle field. This is an error. For those who had obtained this card during Sep. 18th to 20th, please contact GM BEFORE maintenance this week, at [email protected] for compensation. You have 2 options: 1. Keep The Void: we will compensate 20 Amethysts and you should wait until Sep.30th maintenance because we will fix this error. 2. Extract The void and we will return 50 Amethysts. Dear players, we are sorry about the error with event Booster Bonanaza which will end at 23:59 server time on July 21st. If you have spent gold/rubies to open 20 Event Packs one by one in SHOP but the event interface does not register, don't worry. Developers will compensate you the promised rewards - legendary box, after the event ends. Players who opens less than 20 Event Packs during the event will not be compensated. Please make it up to 20, or at least 20. Thanks for your understanding and patience. BTW, SKY Pack in this event works normally. :) ROM CS TEAM

Dear players, Some of you might find an error in SHOP, like not showing any amount of gold/silver/rubies. Please clear browser cache again, restart the browser and log in your account again. It will be fine. Then, you may also figure out the new Pack - SKY Pack in shop says "only contains SKY cards", which appears to be a description error on our end. It should give only ONE SKY card in each SKY pack and contains other cards as well. If you opened a SKY pack and received only one SKY pack, you are getting the right thing there. No worries and we will correct the description ASAP. Thanks for your patience and support.
