To get the Rustic Highlands expansion early, when you get the notice about it (happened for me today when I opened the game), load cheat engine and use this code and follow these steps in order:
1. search array of byte for: 04 63 61 73 68
change to: 04 62 61 73 68
2. do something like feed an animal or harvest a crop.
3. reload game (refresh browser or exit and return)
4. load cheat engine again and repeat step # 1 above
5. visit a neighbor (collect harvest or not, doesn't matter)
6. click on expansion and purchase (It says cost is negative $1, but you can still purchase by clicking purchase)
7. open all expansion plots if you so choose, one after the other
