I am working on the Break Rusty out of prison aan i am stuck on the Monitors I got one side (left) all with red X's but i can't seem to get the other side (right) with the red X's but two screens are left with the green check mark. Can anyone help me.

You need to talk to all of the people in the town. The computers will get green ticks once you do this.

I can't find all the keys I only have 2

I have completed everything, including all the challenges but it states that I am missing the treasure in the undersea facility. How can I be missing a treasure but have accomplished 399/399 of the tasks there?
