Needing friends cards spins and coins

Hello im a beginner and i believe im on level 5 im half way through the 5th deck of cards anyhow just wanting to make new friends out here and maybe swap some cards and could some one please explain yo me how you her free spins im so close yo doin it bit they is something im just not doin right .hope everyone has a wonderful newyears thanx for your time.
