Help In Scandinavia

I have 2 problems. 1st: I have cleared all of Egypt  and the  side quests 1 yet I still need 1 to finish off the hero of the day award for clearing Egypt.  Any ideas on how to get the last one? 2nd: I'm in Scandinavia. I know there is more 'missions' yet I have none for about 5 days now. I've went back to the last mission, I've checked everywhere and nothing is showing to continue.  Any help? TIA
