Does anyone know what sequence the colored beakers needs to be in the Bogwarts secret chamber, I am at a loss.

You have to organize it from the order given on the signs. 

Start off with Slime of the swamp dragon (green), then the broth of marigold (yellow), then crystal-clear water from the mountains (blue) and pumpkin juice (orange) one after the other, blood of the unicorn (red), then honey (bee hive) after.
