Connection problems

As soon as I click to spin the game disappeared this is terrible been doing this all afternoon . It's NOT THE INTERNET AS I AM USING 4G . 

EVERYDAY there is something or another going wrong on this site . We pay for levels and loose everything, this site definatly needs looking into by trading standards as a lot of people are getting ripped off . 

I have been in touch with trading standards, just can't wait for the outcome . Hope you can sort things out properly this  time its getting to be one big joke .

I had 39 million coins that just disappeared when I clicked on the more spins.  Is this how you force people to buy your offers?   

I am having the same problem saying check my internet connection and I have internet connection I have shut the game down and ran update on my internet and still can’t connect to play can someone help me with this problem 

How can I reconnect.tried uninstalling re installed,still no joy

The game has been frozen for two days.Will I loss everything ? I don't understand every other game I have is fine. Just this one doesn't work

I won 150 spins and soon as they regisrard they went right back off. I won them by collecting baseballs. I have also completed 2 villages and it says you will get all this stuff for completing a village and I didn't get anything for them. What's going on? I'm fed up!
