I have cleared all the levels but am still missing wooly hats to get my final trophy..what have I missed?

I had all the quests done, but now it says I’ve only completed 13 of 23 quests. Does anyone know what the other quests are and how I can complete them?

Not only am I unable to find another 29 hats I play one version on my cell phone. It tells me that I have only conpleted 13 of 23 quests. I have comletely cleared all levels including the 5 challenge areas. Where are the other 10 quests coming from?
