Why???? Why all gift i press, i have message the gift not be collect?? but even those released by a few minutes!!

I understand very well that the ones that have been there for more than 2 days can not be collected!

But now all those who have just come out always give me the same message! sorry the gift could not be collected!

Is there anyone who can please give me a motivation !?

same thing going on here its insane

Please supply feedback on not being able to collect gifts...

This is going back to 4 days now

after experiencing the same problem this is what i did.  from the screen with gift could not be collected, i went to my home page, then clicked on the slotomania icon on the right side.  played on spin.  I reopen the club page and was able to collect all the points for the last 3 days ( which is when my problem started)  don't know why it worked but it did.

same thing is happening to me.  logging in and out does not help.

I've had the same thing happen. I don't know how to fix it. Log out then back in if you haven't tried that. Good luck!
